Welcome to the "Dialogue-Experience-Cooperation" website.

These three words summarize the key elements of cooperative pedagogies and form the basis of our approach.

We address ourselves to educational organizations, educational institutions and youth movements, educators, teachers, youth workers, social workers at the service of children and young people.

We have tested on the ground, in very different countries and cultural environments, the educational services and tools we offer.

We would like to contribute to:

  • Reflection on educational and youth policies aimed at reducing school failure and dropout, increasing the participation of children and young people in decisions that affect them, strengthening the interaction between formal and non-formal education systems, facilitating the transition from adolescence to adulthood and ensuring the development of society through a more creative and harmonious social and professional integration of the new generations;
  • The development of cooperative pedagogies through the dissemination of effective educational resources and tools and better training of educators and trainers;
  • The strengthening of educational organizations through the provision of consulting services, in particular for the construction of appropriate educational projects, the analysis of needs and resources and the development of change strategies, the emergence of team and network working methods, the capitalization of experience with a view to better knowledge management and the production of innovative pedagogical tools.
  • We want to establish close communication with our partners in order to orient our products and services according to their wishes and to take advantage of their evaluations to improve our projects and interventions.

We invite you to visit this site to discover the publications and services we offer. You can also share your ideas and experiences on cooperative education by participating in the DEC community (see the "Community" menu).
